Your last point is one of the most important ones Jane.

I have a tendency to let my work life blend in with my family life and that puts you on a collision course with burnout. I tend to work long hours without even noticing the time going by, only to stop and take short breaks to visit my favorite blogs.

Working from home does offer me excellent freedom and flexibility, but time management is crucial as well as ergonomics.

Funny I actually listen to music while I’m working. Hehe from my home office.

I get the overall message. It can indeed be extremely challenging filtering out all the distractions and clearly separating work space and home space, as well as all the distractions that can come with working from home.
